Slide Coffee, Coolum

Meet Aaron and Rahel, coffee roasters par excellence.  Their business Slide Coffee was born out of a passion to learn more about the green bean supply chain, to make sure coffee farmers are paid properly and everything has been traded fairly – while supporting local cafes by supplying freshly roasted coffee that is the best it can possibly be.

So what do they like about living in Coolum?

“Coolum has such a, like, small-town-community feel.  We love whenever we go into Coolum we usually run into someone that we know and have a chat with them.  And it has such a relaxed, nice, peaceful atmosphere.  Going to the beach and then getting a coffee is such a nice routine.  We just love having community with people, and a small, cute town.  That’s what we love the most.”
